We offer local delivery within a 15-mile radius of our bakery at 14 Elm Street. Delivery is available Tuesday through Sunday, arriving between 8am and 1pm.

- ✓ Orders $50+ — Free delivery
- ✓ Next-day delivery available if ordered before 3pm
Nationwide Shipping
We ship shelf-stable items (cookies, shortbread, and gift boxes) nationwide via refrigerated courier. Fresh items like bread, pastries, and cakes are available for local delivery only.
- ✓ Standard shipping (3–5 business days) — $8.99
- ✓ Express (1–2 business days) — $14.99
- ✓ Free standard shipping on orders over $80
Click & Collect
Order online and collect in-store — always free. Select Click & Collect at checkout and choose your preferred collection time slot. We'll have it ready and waiting.
Returns & Freshness Guarantee
We stand behind every bake. If something arrives damaged or isn't up to scratch, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns of consumed or opened items cannot be accepted. For gift box orders with quality issues, photo evidence helps us sort things quickly.
