1. Orders & Payment

• All orders are subject to availability. We'll let you know if an item is unavailable after ordering.
• Prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable taxes.
• Payment is required in full at the time of ordering, except for pre-agreed wholesale accounts.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, with a full refund issued promptly.

2. Custom Cake Orders

• Custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days before collection/delivery date will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.
• Changes to designs or sizes can be made up to 5 days before the due date subject to feasibility.
• We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments if agreed materials or techniques are unavailable.

3. Delivery & Collection

Please refer to our Shipping page for full delivery terms, areas, and timeframes. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, third-party couriers, etc.).

4. Allergens & Dietary Requirements

Our kitchen handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee any item is completely free from cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering. We always provide allergen information on request.

5. Refunds & Complaints

If you're not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We'll work with you to find the best resolution — replacement, credit, or refund. We take quality seriously and want every experience to be a good one.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including photography, copy, branding, and design — is the property of The Storybook Bakery. Please don't reproduce or use it without permission. (We're flattered, but still.)

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which we operate. Any disputes will be handled in good faith, and if necessary, through appropriate legal channels.
