Minimum orders vary by product category — typically 12 units for bread and pastries, 24 for cookies. There's no overall basket minimum, but we do ask that you order from at least two categories per delivery to make the logistics worthwhile for both sides.
We currently deliver within a 20-mile radius of Elm Street. If you're just outside that zone, get in touch — we may be able to work something out, especially for larger orders or businesses on our existing route.
Absolutely. Once you're an established partner, we'll work with you to develop a custom order sheet based on your customer demand and seasonal preferences. We can also create exclusive products not available in our retail range.
New wholesale partners start with payment-on-delivery for the first three months. After that, we move to monthly invoicing (net-30) once a relationship is established. We accept bank transfer, card, and BACS.
Yes — all products come with full allergen information and ingredient lists. We're also able to produce gluten-free and vegan items on request, though these are baked on separate days in our dedicated prep area.
